We appreciate your commitment to your therapeutic journey and value your time. We reserve an hour of our time for you to be seen and for us to document clinical information. To ensure an optimal experience for all clients and to accommodate the high demand for our sessions, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Providing proper notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting for services, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to receive care.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $50.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $100.

No-show appointments, where no notice is given, will incur a fee of $150.

This policy is in place to respect the time and financial commitments of our therapists, who rely on a full schedule for their compensation. Insurance will not pay this; it will be your responsibility.

Illness Policy:

Our clinicians do their best to care for themselves so they can be there for you. We ask that if you have had a fever or vomited in the last 24 hours, or if you are feeling unwell enough to make your in-person appointment, you switch to a telehealth appointment. We also provide masks, so if you or someone in your family has recently been ill, please protect our clinicians by wearing one!

If you are too ill and unable to attend your session virtually and do not provide 24 hours notice, a small fee of $25 will be charged (except for emergencies or with young children who cannot participate in telehealth sessions).

Punctuality:

We are unable to hold sessions for clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late. In such cases, clients will be responsible for the full session fee of $150.
