What is your cancellation policy?
In order to serve as many clients as possible, we require 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations less that 48 hours may be subject to the private pay fee for a session, which is $150. “No shows” will be required to pay the $150 fee.
Can I contact my therapist directly?
Yes, each therapist has a direct phone number you can call or text if needed, or you can email them. Therapists will respond as soon as they can during working hours.
What if my therapist is not the right fit for me?
The therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process of healing. Occasionally the therapist you initially schedule with may not be the right fit for you. If that is the case, please reach out to Vanessa to be scheduled with another clinician.
