Lauren Last received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in 2007 from University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA, where she worked in a diverse range of fields within the arts community, and in bodywork during her time as a licensed massage therapist for special populations suffering with chronic and acute illness.

Lauren’s passion for working creatively with people led her to return to school and pursue a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling through Stockton University, from which she graduated in 2024. Her passion lies in working with individuals struggling with childhood and relational trauma of all ages. Her approach is both humanistic and psychodynamic, and is strongly influenced by both existential and Jungian theory as well. Lauren is currently pursuing certification as a registered Play Therapist specializing in working with children as young as 3 years old, and offers play therapy at our Haddonfield location in addition to counseling teens and adults.
